Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

SkyePoint is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve equal access for all visitors.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as required by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d). Where feasible, we also incorporate updates from WCAG 2.2 AA.

This website has undergone extensive automated and manual testing. As of November 2025, it is, to the best of our knowledge, conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It is possible that some parts may not fully conform. We continue to correct identified issues as part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility compliance.

Certain embedded third-party widgets (e.g., talent portal integrations, social media embeds, etc.) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are monitoring these components and working with vendors to improve their accessibility.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website.

This site is built with semantic HTML, ARIA best practices, and modern assistive-technology testing using NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. Automated audits are performed with Axe Core and Pa11y as part of our development and maintenance processes. Overall, this website incorporates accessibility features consistent with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 requirements, including:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>) and heading hierarchy for clear screen-reader navigation.
  • Keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements, including visible focus indicators and logical tab order.
  • Skip-to-content link for bypassing repeated navigation elements.
  • Screen-reader compatibility, with meaningful labels, ARIA attributes, and dynamic updates announced through live regions.
  • Color-contrast compliance ensuring text and interface elements meet or exceed necessary contrast ratios.
  • Responsive reflow and text scaling. Content remains readable and functional up to 400 % zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Motion and animation control that respects user preferences (prefers-reduced-motion) and avoids flashing content.
  • Forms and interactive controls with explicit labels, error identification, and instructions provided in text.
  • Descriptive alternative text for informative images and empty alt attributes for decorative ones.
  • Consistent navigation and orientation, ensuring predictable interaction patterns across all pages.
  • Browser and platform support validated with assistive-technology testing on Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox across Windows and macOS.

Our last accessibility review was conducted in November 2025.
