Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP)
SEWP VI is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). SEWP VI enables all Federal Agencies to efficiently and effectively acquire critical mission services. SEWP VI offers a fast and streamlined procurement process that Agencies have been benefiting from since the beginning days of the SEWP program.
SkyePoint’s SEWP VI contract presents service offerings focused on cybersecurity, strategy, engineering, operations, and maintenance to deliver business and mission value anytime, anywhere, securely from any device. Products ancillary to our services can be added to our Contract to meet specific Agency requirements. Additions are typically finalized within days of the request to add a product or service. Working with our clients, SkyePoint links business strategy to operational reality, helping integrate, innovate and grow. SEWP VI contracts each carry individual values of $20 billion.
SkyePoint Decisions is a NASA SEWP Contract Holder in both Category B: Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions and Category C: ITC/AV Mission-Based Services.
Fair Opportunity
FAR 16.505(b)(1) provides that each contractor shall be given fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $10,000 and issued under multiple award contracts.The FAR states that the method to obtain fair opportunity is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer (CO) and that the CO must document the rationale for placement and price of each order.Using the SEWP online Quote Request Tool is the recommended method to assist in this activity and to augment the required decision documentation.The SEWP Quote Request Tool will automatically include the Contract Holders within a selected Group or based on a suggested source.
How to Obtain a Quote
NASA utilizes an on-line Quote Request Tool (QRT).All requests for quotes above the small purchase dollar threshold must be initiated and responded to through the QRT.Requests for Information (RFI) may be submitted directly to SkyePoint, and we may respond directly to the Agency. The NASA SEWP procurement fee is 0.34%.This fee will be included in the pricing for products and services.
Contract Holders may only provide quotes on products and services that are on its contract.The contracts are dynamic and new products and services can be added to the contract within an extremely short time.

SkyePoint warrants that at time of acceptance, the services delivered under a SEWP VI Order have been performed in compliance with the requirements of the contract and in a workmanlike manner using a professional standard of care. SkyePoint warrants its services for a period of 60 days from acceptance.
